Salt water gargles are a popular alternative remedy for many nonserious throat and mouth discomforts.  Inspired by an ancient Hawaiian remedy, our THROAT SOAK is made with hydrating Hawaiian Sea Salts, Chamomile and Zinc and helps to soothe and calm sore, dry or scratchy throats and support overall oral health.  Sea salt is a natural anti-bacterial agent and when used as a salt water gargle it can help to maintain the natural pH balance in the mouth.

To be used as a mouth and throat gargle only. Do not swallow. Consult your physician if you have a severe sore throat, persistent cough, high fever or vomiting as these can be serious symptons and may require medical attention. Not recommended for children under the age of 8 years old.

Shake packet before use and dissolve one packet into a 4-6 oz cup of warm water. Take a big sip and swish around mouth, tilt head back and gargle for 10-20 seconds. Spit out into sink and repeat as necessary. Gargling at least twice a day is recommended, however you can safely gargle more than that throughout the day as needed.
