    Shipping

    • We ship only to locations in the US and Canada.
    • We offer free standard shipping on retail orders of $30 or more within the United States. Not valid on orders shipping to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).
    • If you qualify for free shipping, Laki Naturals will select the shipping method and carrier.
    • Wholesale customers have a different minimum order to qualify for free shipping.
    • For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
    • Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days of order placement.

    Returns & Refunds

    • If you’re not satisfied with your Laki Naturals products, you can request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.
    • Email info@lakinaturals.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
    • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Gift cards and final sale items are excluded. Products purchased through Amazon or other retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy.
