Approximately 20-30 minutes before the flight, peel one patch from the sheet and place it on the inner wrist or arm. The patch can be left on for up to 8 hours. Remove the patch by gently peeling it off. If any adhesive residue remains, wash the skin with warm, soapy water. During take-off or landing suck on one Lozenge, relax and enjoy.

Fly Calm Patch: Ashwagandha (5.5 mg), Magnesium Gluconate (3.5 mg), Chamomile (3.5 mg), L-Theanine (3 mg), Lavender (2.5 mg), Black Pepper Extract (0.5 mg).
