Peel off one patch and place it on a relatively hair free and dry part of the body. Some suggestions are the inner arm or wrist, shoulder, hip, or bottom of the foot. The patch can be left on for up to 12 hours. Remove patch by gently peeling it off and if any adhesive residue remains, wash the skin with warm, soapy water. If used regularly, try applying the patch to different areas, allowing the skin to breathe and to prevent irritation.
