MAGNESIUM BATH SOAK DIRECTIONS: Pour desired amount into warm running bath water. Mix with your hand to dissolve. Immerse yourself, relax and enjoy!
MAGNESIUM MUSCLE MIST DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. Liberally spray the Magnesium Mist onto targeted areas of your body, focusing on muscles that may benefit from recovery. Gently massage the mist into your skin using circular motions, allowing it to absorb. For optimal results, avoid washing or wiping off immediately. A slight tingly feeling is normal. Incorporate the Magnesium Mist into your post-workout or recovery routine. Adjust the frequency based on your personal needs.
