Dissolve 1 scoop into a 4-6 oz cup of warm water. Take a big sip and swish around mouth, tilt head back and gargle for 10-20 seconds. Spit out into sink and repeat as necessary. Gargling at least twice a day is recommended, however you can safely gargle more than that throughout the day as needed. Suck on 1 Lozenge to help hydrate and woothe the throat and mouth.
